When will I receive my membership cards?
Membership cards can be downloaded digitally through the app “eMembership”. Fairytale Town does not mail physical membership cards.

How do I receive my guest passes?
Guest passes and coupons are available to use through the membership app under “Coupons”.

When will my membership expire?
One year from the date of purchase.

Can I give my membership card to a friend or family member to use?
No, memberships are non-transferable. If a family member will be visiting regularly with your children, we recommend you purchase a caregiver card.
