Stronger Starts Statewide Day of Action – Hosted by First 5 California

Join First 5 California for a special press event launching Stronger Starts Statewide Day of Action – a day dedicated to raising awareness about adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), toxic stress response, and the critical role of safe, stable, nurturing relations and environments in early childhood development.

The press conference will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m., featuring remarks from First 5 California leadership and special guests, followed by media opportunities and interviews.

Immediately after the press event, children and their parents/caregivers are invited to plant their own sunflower in a customizable pot that they can take home and continue caring for it together.
