It’s Reading Rainbow Day!

Join us for a celebration of storytelling, literacy, and imagination honoring the work of LeVar Burton. With Reading Rainbow as our guide, we’ll celebrate the joy of reading and learning and explore how stories help us understand ourselves and each other. Through read-alouds, creative activities, and shared stories, families will listen, create, move, and honor the joy of reading at all ages. Come discover how books can take us anywhere.

This event is free with paid park admission. Weekend admission is $10 for adults and children ages 2 and older. Members and children ages 1 and under are free.

Please note:

• Adults must be accompanied by children, and children must be accompanied by adults in order to gain admittance to the park.
