DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday afternoons for guided sensory play\, a sensory-friendly Circle Time*\, and an animal introduction. *Lessons are informed by sensory processing and self regulation best practices.  \nDeveloped for friends with sensory regulation needs ages 2 plus. Each week is a different lesson exploring a children’s book. Parents and little ones can sign up for one or more weeks. Advance registration is required. \nThis week’s Sensory Story Time book is called Spots\, Feathers\, & Curly Tails by Nancy Tafuri. This guess who book features some of the same animals who reside at Fairytale Town! We’ll have Circle Time\, an art project\, and a visit from an animal who knows how to work well in a group. Interactive craft time\, singing and sensory play are also part of the fun. \nRegistration\nThe registration fee is per session and includes the class and park admission for one child age 2 through 5 and one parent or caregiver.\n \n$11 per session for members\n$16 per session for nonmembers \nHave siblings? DESCRIPTION:  \nMumbo Gumbo Tickets \n  \nGates open at 6 PM! \nSacramento favorite\, Mumbo Gumbo\, returns to Fairytale Town for a live outdoor concert on the Mother Goose Stage! \nFor over 25 years\, Mumbo Gumbo has been one of Northern California’s top groups. The seven-piece band tours the Western United States\, bringing their “genre-bending Americana” music to their many fans. Their signature danceable sound contains elements of soul\, zydeco\, folk\, blues\, rock\, cajun\, Carribean\, and country all mixed into their uniquely festive roots-music sound. \nPlease note: \n\nThis concert is all-ages\, and adults may attend without children.\nThis is a special ticketed event and fundraiser for Fairytale Town.
