Field Trips & FunCamps

FunCamps

FunCamps are educational day camps designed for children of specific ages and are limited to 20 children per camp. The instructor to student ratio is usually 1 instructor for every 8 children.

FunCamp fees are $125 for nonmembers and $90 for members unless otherwise noted.

Please note: Children must be registered for FunCamps in order to attend. No "day of" registration is allowed.

2008 SPRING/SUMMER FUNCAMPS

Registration for SUMMER FunCamps began on May 1, 2008.

A Star Is Born
Monday - Friday, August 4 - 8 • 1-4 p.m.
Learn the basics of theater and acting while putting together a production to be performed on the last day. This camp is for children ages 5-10; sorry, no exceptions.
$130.00 for nonmembers / $95.00 for members

Art Jambalaya
Monday - Friday, August 11 - 15 • 9 a.m. - 12 noon
Learn all about art and the multiple ways you can express yourself through art. This camp is for children ages 5-10; sorry, no exceptions.
$125 for non-members / $90 for members

Camp McGregor
Monday - Friday, August 18 - 22 • 9 a.m. - 12 noon
Calling all green thumbs! Learn the basics and all the elements needed for gardening. This camp is for children ages 4-10; sorry, no exceptions.
$125 for non-members / $90 for members

Musical Kids
Monday - Friday, August 4 - 8 • 9 a.m. - 12 noon
Learn to appreciate music, and basic fundamentals with Mister Cooper and his guitar. This camp is for children ages 5-10; sorry, no exceptions.
$125 for non-members / $90 for members

Nations of Art
Monday - Friday, August 11 - 15 • 1-4 p.m.
Travel to a different country each day and create art projects based on the culture of that country. This camp is for children ages 5-10; sorry, no exceptions.
$125 for non-members / $90 for members
