To make a reservation click on the reservation link and select the date and time of your preferred field trip. When you have finished you will receive an email confirmation, this is yours to keep. Remember to print it out; you’ll need to bring it with you on the day of your field trip.
Yes, teachers, adults and children are all required to pay admission to gain entry to Fairytale Town.
No, payment is only accepted on the day of your visit.
No Fairytale Town does not accept purchase orders, sorry, no exceptions. We do accept cash, checks, personal checks with identification, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
Your confirmation is also your invoice. At the time of registration you were automatically emailed your confirmation, please check your email for the confirmation. If you no longer have the confirmation email please call (916) 808-8884 ext. 2 or email us to request a new confirmation.
Unless you have scheduled an additional program or your invoice needs to be updated, there is no need to add a couple of people to your reservation. We will ask you for a head count the day of your field trip. Please note: If your group is participating in an additional program a sufficient change in numbers may affect your scheduled program.
Yes, please include the additional children in your count when you make a reservation. The additional visitors will be admitted at the same price as the rest of your group. Please note: Any guests who arrive after the group has already entered Fairytale Town must pay full price admission, sorry, no exceptions.
Yes, all adult chaperones and teachers are expected to assist with workshops and interact with the children as needed. We encourage adult participation and play!
No, unfortunately there are no combination field trips offered. If you would like more information about the Sacramento Zoo please visit www.saczoo.org.
Please have your entire group meet on the Yellow Brick Road in front of the Fairytale Town Express Gate. Please keep your group together. If a guest pays to enter Fairytale Town before or after the group pays, they will be charged the full admission price.
A Fairytale Town representative will check you in at the front of the Express Gate. If no representative is visible please send your group leader to check in at the Fairytale Town box office.
Yes, children must be supervised at all times during their visit. For the safety of our guests Fairytale Town does not allow adults to enter the park without children and likewise, no child can be admitted without adult supervision.
Yes, in order to receive the discounted rate, all guests in your group must enter together. Guests who enter the park before or after the group will be charged the full admission price.
If it rains on the day of your field trip please call our main office at 916.808.7462 to see if we will be open. All workshops & theater programs are weather permitting. Unfortunately, when it is wet the structures are too wet and slippery to safely play. Please refer to our cancellation policy if you are going to cancel your trip.
If you are going to both Fairytale Town and the Sacramento Zoo, you will need two separate checks.
