Mad Hatter Meets Mad Men

A wine & chocolate fundraising event for nonprofit Fairytale Town
Thursday, May 16, 2013, 5:30 PM to 8 PM

Fairytale Town mixes the zaniness of the Mad Hatter with the allure of Mad Men in its first ever offsite fundraising event. Held at the elegant Masonic Temple in downtown Sacramento, the Mad Hatter Party will feature wine, chocolate and food tastings and pairings, live music, and a live auction and raffle with exciting prizes. All proceeds benefit nonprofit Fairytale Town programs and improvements. Free admission programs for children with disabilities and families in need, and outreach programs to under served schools are programs that will benefit from the event.

 The event will reach a highly influential audience of business and community leaders as well as medium to high income families. Expected attendance is 400 individuals. Sponsorships range from $1,000 to $10,000 for a Title Sponsorship. Your sponsorship will positively impact the lives of children and families in the region, align your organization with the worthwhile cause of a landmark nonprofit organization, and provide visibility to an important audience. Sponsors receive recognition in promotional materials and at the event, depending on level of participation.

$10,000 Queen of Hearts Title Sponsorship

  • Name and logo precedes event name
  • Logo acknowledgement in all promotional materials
    • Direct mail pieces to 10,000 households, media releases and advertisements
  • Name on more than 400 wine glasses
  • Banner displayed at the event and at the center of Fairytale Town
  • Full page program ad on the front inside or back cover

$5,000 Sterling Cooper Supporting Sponsorship

  • First offer for wine glass logo printing (if allowed by title sponsor)

 $2,500 Cheshire Cat Supporting Sponsorship

$1,000 Don Drapper Supporting Sponsorship

Sponsor a Bench

Humpty Dumpty is looking for friends to adopt a bench around Town and help keep his home looking great! Did you or someone you know play at Fairytale Town as a child? Do you wish to now pay tribute or homage to that someone? Consider adopting one of Humpty’s benches. When you adopt one of Humpty’s benches, we’ll place your special message on a plaque of one of Fairytale Town’s benches! Your words may be a dedication, in memory of, a gift to a person, or an organization.

  • Option 1: $2,500 Exclusive Bench. Your personal message will be engraved and mounted on your own bench with your very own plaque for years to come.
  • Option 2: $1,500 Shared Bench. Your personal message will be engraved and mounted on a bench with one other plaque for years to come.

Humpty’s bench plaques can support four lines of text with 50 characters per line, including spaces. Each bench plaque at Fairytale Town is made from durable recycled plastic to show our commitment to the environment. Please note all memorials are good in perpetuity.

The bench program was developed by Humpty Dumpty to maintain and/or upgrade his playsets, landscape and other areas of his home. Fairytale Town is a nonprofit organization and a portion of your contribution is tax-deductible.

Help Farmer Brown provide all of Fairytale Town’s farm animals with adequate food and care. Your contributions will help offset our cost of food, treats, grooming supplies, veterinary care and the maintenance of their homes.
